Demo: iOS9 Content Blocker Extension in RubyMotion

I hadn't seen any example code for content blocking extensions in RubyMotion, so I wrote some. To use it, run the app in the device/simulator and under Settings->Safari->Content Blockers, flip the switch to ON.
