Hi

I have a Seurat object with multiple samples and it is already annotated.

I would like to do RNA velocity for one of the samples (a control sample) because I don't know how to make a loom file for multiple samples. I would like to do this to find the correct origin cluster.

Can anyone guide me on how to do this?
