Error: Invalid version: "1.0" (Usage in Monorepo)

After following the step-by-step migration guide, I get the following error when running sanity dev:

Update: I initialized a new Sanity v3 project from scratch within my monorepo and ported over my schemas and had the same issue. I then converted all my schemas to typescript and fixed the errors. And then I deleted the v2 repo in case there were dependency mis-matches caused by having both within the same monorepo.

I am still getting this error 😭
