no specific circularization record

Hi,

1. I assembly contig by Flye and the result file could tell me which contig is circular.
2. Then I do some polishes by racon+medaka+pilon, and get different contigs from Flye. But no circular/linear information about the polished contigs are generated.
3. I used the Circlator to check the circularization of polished contig, but the records of file outprefix.circularise.log is 0, that means my contig was not changed, and no other specific information tell me whether this polished contig is circular or linear, so how could I konw the circularization state of my polished contig?
