Feature

Rename "config.rst" files in doc/source. "Config" has a special inside of sphinx, so we should avoid genericizing the word and instead name files descriptively for what they are documenting. For example "doc/source/example/camera_calibration/config.rst" -> "doc/source/example/camera_calibration/camera_calibration.rst".
