Description
We want to create a component that loads a PDF, allowing admins to assign signature locations and employees to add their signatures.

Acceptance Criteria

Employees should be able to...
- Click on text/signature fields to fill them in
- Create a hand-drawn signature and save it for future use
Admins should be able to…
- Identify field locations (coordinates) on the PDFs
- Assign specific employees/positions to a set of fields
- Delegate signatures to other employees/positions as needed
