What Caused the Bug/Error to Show Up?

Page 頁 doesnt accept ぺーじ or かしら as answers even though they appear in the kunyomi list that it requests. Furthermore, entering ベージ as in with katakana doesnt work with japanese keyboard or copypaste because they are always converted to hiragana for some reason, effectively causing a review softlock.
