caj转换成功后，页面顺序乱了，书签页滞后一页 #8

转换成功后，pdf第2章和最后一章参考文献的内容顺序倒过来了，另外pdf书签页总是滞后一页，非常感谢大佬开发的程序，很好用。

抱歉这么久才回复，前段时间太忙了。

我刚刚试了一下，用命令版的 caj2pdf 也有这个问题。这个程序只是包装了一下 caj2pdf ，建议把这个 bug 反馈给上游。
