Class br.usp.each.saeg.jaguar.plugin.JaguarConfigTabGroup is the only one using the PDE plugin. Thus, the use of Jaguar plugin requires the installation of org.eclipse.pde, which is not included in Eclipse by default.
It is possible to implement Jaguar Config without PDE?
