Fix lift in control room

Animation down is jenky
Roger can walk off it while it is running
Up animation is broken

Can walk off the right side of the control room tube elevator platform, floating in space, without triggering the elevator decent.
Can walk off the left side without triggering the elevator and loop to the right side of the room by walking all the way left.
No animation for acending the elevator.
walking left at the bottom of the tube control room screen loops roger to the right side of the screen.
