[SWF] Expose API to C

Provide a clear and concise description of your feature request. Why would this feature be useful? Does the feature involve the desktop build, the web build, or both?

I would like to use the SWF Crate from C, wich is currently impossible since the api does not extern itself, is there any chance it could be exposed so they could be used from C?
