Exercises: Fix hashes

Currently, the exercises aren't aligned properly to the slides about hashes. Make sure that whenever we use a hash in the exercise, we use the variant {key: "value"}, with symbols as the keys. This is the only thing we show in the slides and the most important way hashes are used.
