How to left align a rowname col? #942

Question pretty much says it all really. I have noticed that if I try to left align the column that I've set as rowname col it doesn't work.

Code to reproduce:

mtcars %>% 
  rownames_to_column('name') %>% 
  tibble() %>% 
  gt(rowname_col = 'name') %>% 
  cols_align(align = "left", columns = name)
