There is an issue with the Remix IDE, when you set up a connection using the Web3Provider, remix always tries to send requests to the rskj node, making it tough to select a specific account.

rskj this has been tested against the current master branch and it has been configured with this flags

--regtest
-Dminer.client.autoMine=true
-Drpc.providers.web.cors="*"
