Add words that are always highlighted

Hi! Can you imagine extending this exention with a feature to highlight a specific list of manually defined words?

This seems like a use case for maybe another extension, but I think at some point if there is interest in having an option to make highlights persistent across sessions, so when you reopen, you pick up where you left off, maybe would fit the need, but not a priority, I haven't needed and haven't seen interest for this, but my perspective is limited.
