After some research I found out that the key codes for JIS special keys Eisu（英数） and Kana（かな） on my M1 Max MacBook Pro are:
Kana:
0x90Eisu:
0x91Hope this could help someone bought the JIS keyboard and does not want to use these keys for input methods
