Add the grading feedback here for reference (in Email from Brad).

Think about where to submit. Some journals will take longer to get ready for as the work would need to be generalised and broadly important. To submit to places like Evolution, Evolutionary Biology, Genetics or other High Societies it would need to change the way we think about polyploidy. Does it do that?

Without much change we could aim for:

  • Ecological modelling
  • Journal of Theoretical Biology
  • Or perhaps a specialist journal for polyploidy or plant genomics?

There is a strong threshold - WHY?
Feel free to test my explanation with more tests.
Foreshadow reasoning in the introduction.
