Moving wand dupes Flux Networks Flux Storage #28

Moving a flux storage from Flux Networks with the moving wand grabs the (filled) flux storage and drops an empty flux storage of the same kind on the floor.
Both can be placed and used.

No crash logs.

Happens in Stoneblock modpack

Seems to be caused by same issue as #34 .
https://github.com/SonarSonic/Sonar-Core/blob/1.12.2/src/main/java/sonar/core/common/block/SonarBlock.java#L77 breakBlock again

Made a relevent issue SonarSonic/Sonar-Core#75
