I added i18n nuxt.js, so we can start to translate content! I changed the routerlinks for nuxtlinks, as the docs told me to and wired it all up! Content now has to be translated and maybe somebody wants to style the switch?

@romanzipp this can be merged btw! It will always fallback to "de" content, but i already copied all the content filed to en :)

If there are styling issues, I am happy to work on it! I just put a small link in the header that lists the available other languages. I hope that I can find the time to translate content myself, although I feel a bit more comfy if somebody else could do it :) I like code and video/3d stuff - science texts and well-written explanations arent my forte haha

Hey, thanks for the PR! Although I would like to disable the en local until everything has been translated. Upcoming changes to german content needs to be copied over to the "english" files. In addition the content would be already exposed to search engine indexing, wrong content language possibly leading to lower SEO performance
