Modify school Ansible project to support easily running this code on a local machine.

  • php (version) - probably obsolete but w/e for now - work on upgrading in prep fpr Lambda binary using latest php version
  • maria/mysql local database
    • compatibility with other relational databases - oracle, sql server, postgres, etc.
    • compatibility with managed cloud databases ie. RDS, Cosmos, Azure DB, ect.
