Error when attempting to create repositories for students #2611

Log in as a course manager.
Navigate to the student administration page: https://app.rs.school/course/admin/students?course=epam-pl-lt.
Click on any student's name to open the popup menu.
Click the "Create Repository" button.

Expected Result: A new repository is successfully created for the selected student.

Actual Result: An error message appears: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later."
