Image/file field filter option and using custom fields with a template

While using custom fields for image field (https://processwire.com/blog/posts/pw-3.0.142/), the AOS option under FileFieldTweaks "Filter box" renders filterbox input for every custom field.
Expected behaviour: should render the filterbox only for main image field.
