provide diagnostics when bs dot syntax can be used

would be great if the parser could identify when brs syntax could be upgraded to bs syntax.

for example, consider:

cellSettings = ml_ListMixin_createCellSettings("ml_Cell", [480, 600], 100, 200)

this could be :

cellSettings = ml.ListMixin.createCellSettings("ml_Cell", [480, 600], 100, 200)

We can reevaluate this once #298 is merged. We still need to have an efficient way to find all of these things without multiple full-AST walks.
