The cli should provide an option to copy an stack or a whole organization to another one.
Currently, the API doesn't provide any functionality to avoid downloading and uploading again a stack definition, but it's easy and small enough to leave that to the CLI.
Implementing an COPY API endpoint like for images has low priority currently, but is not impossible.
