Robot Name πŸ€–

ergoCub 1.3 S/N:002

Request/Failure description

While walking there was an overheating fault on the left leg (related to #2006 ) which caused the robot to fall and broke the neck tendon.

Detailed context

The robot was standing still for a while, after which we started a simple walking trajectory. The robot was unable to balance due to a joint in hardware fault, this led to the robot falling to the side and snapping the neck.

Maintenance of the tendon was successfully completed; however, despite having replaced the tendon, the driven pulley of the neck (1) was moving with difficulty. We disassembled the generator unit (2) , to check the bearings, which were all functioning perfectly, to resolve the issue, we applied Loctite 222 to the central screw of the neck (3) , and slightly loosened the screw.
At the end of all the maintenance, we ran the tests, and it works perfectly.
