We really need a write_movement function soon, so it'll be easy to save to either parquet, csv or hdf5/netCDF format. Start with parquet as it's an easy way to write; the others will need some triaging (see also neuroinformatics-unit/movement#341).

It needs to be clear that saving to csv deletes all the metadata, so add a warning.
