Billing Emails

• Update billing emails to include support footer: Got a question?

• Update all existing email content to remove text about “replying back to this email for help”

Announcements

• Announce in a new slack channel: #announce-PLG
  metadata required:
  - org name
  -* user email
  -* if possible, project size
  • Customer activating a free trial
  • Customer with 7 days left in trial
  • Customer with expired grace period (i.e. customers with expired free trials that do not upgrade to Team plan)

Orb

• Re-name Orb billing metric name from Tiered duckdb size (GB-hr) to something like Usage beyond 10GB so it’s more human-readable
• Would be nice if we can push org name updates to Orb whenever a user makes edits to existing orgs
