Migrate to indexed pricing API #3

Rather than relying solely on Poloniex's prices, using an indexed / weighted averaged price would be a nice-to-have.

Using the CryptoCompare or CoinMarketCap API would provide for indexed pricing.

Using one of these APIs would also make for simple resolution of issue #2.
