timeout option doesn't work in transactional mode #18

steps to reproduce:
$ time cli-proton-python-receiver --log-msgs dict --timeout 1 --tx-size=1

above command exits immediately (should exit after time-out of 1s is elapsed )

Covered by test_timeout_receiver (currently disabled)
