Add --debug to follow commands step by step

I found myself sprinkling println!("rpc: listunspent"); etc all over the place trying to figure out where a crash was coming from.

It would nice to have an option like --debug that does this. It should at minimum print each rpc call before it's made (so the user can try manually with bitcoin-cli) and the response.
