What worked?

• Timing - wow!
• Common thread around care, maintenance... something to build upon?
• The breaks between sessions! Nothing felt rushed.
• We have to do this again!
• Wholesomeness <3
• Diversity! We picked the talks based on quality of topic and not because we needed positive discrimination.

What didn’t work?

• More promotion
• Legitimacy with FOSDEM
• Clarify the "unofficial" nature -- not FOSDEM, but hey! We are doing this for great reasons: inclusivity,

What would you change?

• Let's add this section to the GitHub repo
• Lets record next year -- shall we ask FOSDEM to host the videos for us? That could also clarify the relationship

What surprised you?

• The quality of the talks! WOW!
• The talks resonated a lot one with the other -- It seemed like the speakers rehearsed their talks together.
• the width of topics was surprisingly wide
