automatically check event.json

the event.json is massive and can make modifying events difficult and the whole page break if done wrong. breaking it up into a json per day should make it more manageable

Im changing this issue to make it about checking the event.json to make sure they are always good.

Id be good if this automatically checked all the event.json there are 3 ./event.json, ./2015/event.json and ./2016/event.json this and linting of the js and less need to be tested before merge
