A note here:
The current pandoc converting might cause incorrect Chinese punctuations, mainly quotation marks (Chinese quotation marks are converted into English quotation marks) and ellipsis (Chinese ellipsis is converted into six dots).

It will be nice to update the converting command to avoid this problem.
