Dock lays out in wrong order when vertical

Tiles are created in the wrong direction, leaving Trash on top. It should be the other way around. We need to set the window to flipped coords or adjust the item placement loop.

The section divider is also too close to the bottom icon.

The "running" marker dot is also display under the icon instead of beside it. Boooo.
