The current setup.cfg just includes intake:

om4labs/setup.cfg

This needs to be expanded to include intake-xarray.

Tagging @wrongkindofdoctor in this issue. Jess - we are missing this from the _MDTF_python3_base environment, but fixing it in OM4Labs would be the best route.
