Hi, I am Jennifer(always in a wet lab). This paper is great. But I am sorry that it's very diffcult for me to understand. It doesn't work. :(
So, I have sequencing data of some samples and I clustered the SNVs using Pyclone. And what should I do with MACHINA ? Could you please help me ? Please...
