Hi there,
I tried MACHINA on our real data, using your MACHINA cluster to cluster the mutations.
I ran pmh_ti with allowed migration pattern 2, which is {PS,S,M}. But when I look at the results, a lot of the solutions have pR pattern, which is strange since R is not an allowed migration pattern?
Am I misinterpreting what allowed migration pattern means?
