BMPET => after setting audio_out=hdmi in machines.txt and cnfig.txt, there is sound ONLY when doing a Soft or Hard Reset from the Menu, otherwise no boot sound and also no disk drive sound emulation.

Also tried with audio_out=analog => same results.
