Downloaded YAML cluster resource doesn't match to View YAML page

Setup

• Rancher version: 2.10.1, 2.9.3, 2.9.5
• Browser type & version: any

Describe the bug
Downloaded YAML cluster resource is different then data displayed after clicking View YAML.

To Reproduce

• Provision any downstream cluster
• Download cluster YAML resource definition from Cluster Overview Page in Cluster Management
  
• Compare downloaded YAML with View YAML content, focus esp. on data inside .spec key

Result
The YAMLs are different.

Expected Result
The YAMLs are identical.

• Tried several versions of rancher and also different downstream clusters types.
• When the YAML is downloaded from View YAML page the data are identical
