Services List: Sorting on Type does not update the values in the type column

Setup

• Rancher version: 2.10.0

Describe the bug

• Changing the sort order of the Type column in the Service Discovery --> Service list does not update the value in the type cells
• Uses formatter shell/components/formatter/ServiceType.vue

To Reproduce

• local cluster --> Service Discovery --> Service
  • Ensure that one row has the Headless value
• Click on the Type column
  • Note the name of the resource that contains 'Headless`
• Click on the Type column again

Result

• rows change, but not the order/position of the type cells
  • the headless cell does not change from the row it was pre change of sort

Expected Result

• the type cells align with the rows they're in
