PR extension including 'closed' alerts from source branch

Hello,

When using the PR Review build step, it seems that when getting alerts (e.g Dependency Alerts), it includes closed alerts (i.e. ones that are no longer vulnerable) when doing the comparison.
e.g. the source branch I removed the vulnerable test package and re-ran the build. Dashboard now shows closed alerts:

However, the PR extension still flags them as alerts:

Is there a requirement to filter getting alerts based on state?

Loving this extension btw.
