FYI, I could not get fastStructure to run properly used the latest version (2.6) of GNU Scientific Library (ImportError: Error relocating /fastStructure/vars/allelefreq.so: gsl_sf_psi_1: symbol not found). After trying different things and thinking about it for while, I re-installed version 1.9 (which I figure was the one used when the program was written ~5years ago). Recompiled everything and it works!
