Cluster Setup issue with API testing (ports, load balancer?)

Using postman or other tools cannot correctly test API.

Tried based on GKE recommendations still same issue. Media service has no issues 5002 but ONLY rair-node has issues both 5000 and 5002 are open. Health check fails. Suresh to add screenshot of issue

It seems Health check is failing for one backend service

Some backend service is down because of this health check issue. Marked as unhealthy. Changed timeout value but doesn't pass. Firewall ports are open - why is this health failing?
