Modify existing video system to create tasking system

Reuse existing frontend and backend logic to create MVP tasking system for upcoming dev dApp.

Frontend: Existing splash page video player module.
Backend: Existing categories, Video title, Video description, etc fields.

Only modification will be to create a new field displaying "points" available per video task. This is a single new field in the DB with needed API/SDK param
