Problem definition

Related: raiden-network/raiden#6519

Once raiden-network/raiden#6506 is implemented we should test the entire solution with scenarios as well.

To support this the SP must gain the abilities to:

Support multiple Token contracts
- Support both multiple given as well as locally deployed contracts
- Register the Tokens with the Raiden nodes
- Allow reuse as with the current single token
Update all relevant Tasks to support multiple Tokens / TNs
- Transfers (depends on Add API endpoint for cross token payments raiden#6516)
- Asserts
- Blockchain related tasks
- ...
