Hosting of webapp and flask-server

Problem

In order to let people try out the paywall and expose it to the public,
the components of the paywal-webapp demo should be hosted on an openly accessible server.

Steps to completion

• Talk to @ulope regarding hosting possibilities
• Register subdomain where the webapp is accessible, e.g. paywall.raiden.network
• lightclient.raiden.network needs to be interoperable with the paywall library (at least support for identifier in query param, see Include payment-identifier as query parameter in raiden-dapp #2)
• Webapp should showcase an interesting use-case
• Run gunicorn server, raiden receiver node and serve webapp from DigitalOcean droplet

Got access to a DigitalOcean droplet.
There we will host an initial version manually - exposure through a public subdomain will be deferred for (eventually) the
release of the blogpost.

One thing that came to my mind: When we host it, we should provide some help to the user how they can open a channel with the node of the paywall server.
