Upon startup of the server, it should check wether it is connected to a prespecified hub
on the token network of the paywall. If not, opening a channel to the hub should be initiated before WSGI server startup.
The hub should be the one that is used by default on the deployed version of the raiden-dapp (currently lightclient.raiden.network/staging.
