100%. It is ridiculous how difficult it is to capture this information in Windows.

Of course that would be useful. I'm not currently planning on working on this myself, and perhaps these systems are so different that it would make more sense to create a separate tool instead of supporting all of them in nethogs.

If you're aware of any good open source tools on those platforms we could add them to the README

The best match I've found so far is https://github.com/codebox/bitmeteros but it is buggy. Its embedded database keeps on getting corrupt for me. Otherwise, it's pretty decent. Fully cross-platform, text mode and web interface.
