What bootloader are you using? and are you flashing over USB?

Hi, I'm using stlink, it's super convenient to me, so not using bootloader.

Where did you get the chip pin number to the ping name.

In the datasheet says LQFP100 PC10=78 but your definition is PC10=1

Yes, it's a bit of a mess the pin naming stuff.

PC10 it's the physical pin 78, but on the variant refers to the position 1 on the array PinName digitalPin (from the variant.cpp file), all the PCxx names are really an AKA of PC_xx names (all the PXxx and PX_xx pins), and this array it's where numerical pin names are based on.
