It is the case in qgep project and therefore still an issue in TEKSI wastewater vw_qgep_reach / vw_tww_reach

The edition view has a rule which bypass the DELETE statement :

This has for consequence that we lose any information we could have on all DELETED reaches during the past 6 years 👎 (except backups)
